Data Privacy Charters (GDPR Standards)
Protection of personal data and use of cookies
Privacy policy for personal data
On May 25, 2018, the European regulation came into effect on data confidentiality.
The WOLOF ART DESIGN shop is in compliance with this confidentiality charter on the personal data of its customers.
For this, it has implemented many actions on the site to ask its customers for consent in their action.
The customer must give his consent:
– acceptance of cookies when the customer makes a first visit to the site
– in the contact form
– acceptance of the CGV (general conditions of sale) when the customer places an order
Consultation of data for the customer:
The customer can within the merchant site of WOLOF ART DESIGN consult all his personal data via his account. He therefore has access to all his data. The customer can request the total deletion of his data after acceptance of the shop by email to contact@wolofart.com.
To receive the Newsletter, the customer can subscribe to it directly on the first page of the site. By indicating his email, he gives his consent to receive emails from the shop. To no longer receive e-mails, you can unsubscribe directly from the newsletter or send us an e-mail to contact@wolofart.com.
Cookies Charter
This site uses tracers (cookies). Thus, the site is likely to access information already stored in your terminal electronic communications equipment and to enter information there. The tracers used by the site fall into two categories: – so-called strictly necessary tracers, which do not require your prior consent, – other tracers subject to your prior consent.
1 – Trackers exempt from prior consent
We use these tracers to allow and facilitate navigation on the site, in particular by memorizing your navigation preferences defined during your session. These tracers cannot, technically, be deactivated from the site. You can nevertheless oppose the use of these tracers, exclusively by configuring your browser. This setting depends on the browser you are using, but it is generally simple to perform: in principle, you can either activate a private browsing function or only prohibit or restrict tracers (cookies). Please note, trackers may have been saved on your device before your browser was configured: in this case, delete your browsing history, always using your browser settings.
2 – Tracers subject to your prior consent
The site uses tracers placed under the control of third parties, which are subject to your prior consent. These tracers are used to compile visit statistics and allow the operation of our chat tool.
You can object to the use of these tracers by configuring your browser by contacting us at contact@wolofart.com
The use of trackers is governed by Article 32 II of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, transposing Article 5.3 of Directive 2002/58/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of July 12, 2002 as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC. To find out more about cookies and tracers, we invite you to consult the CNIL website: www.cnil.fr.
